After project validation, installation can generally be scheduled within a few weeks, depending on the chosen solution and site constraints.
KM Vending manages 100% of operations: installation, restocking, cleaning, maintenance and follow-up. Your establishment has no daily management to handle.
If the solution doesn't meet your expectations or if usage is not satisfactory, we analyze the situation with you (offer, format or model adjustment). After the trial period, the solution can be removed without constraints.
KM Vending primarily operates in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Our solutions are for structures welcoming the public or teams: companies, schools, sports centers, public or private institutions. Each project is analyzed individually to propose a solution truly adapted to your attendance and usage.
The collaboration runs for three years, renewable. It starts with six months to judge in real conditions, the span of a summer and a new term. After that, a letter three months before the term is enough not to renew, on either side.

From around eighty people present on site, the balance is reached. Below that it is often possible depending on the layout; a bulk format can then be studied. The simplest thing is to talk it through, or to compare the two machines first.
Report the problem and we react within 48 working hours. Depending on the issue, getting the machine running again may require a part: in that case, you know within 48 hours what it is and when the machine will be back.
The machine remains our property and we carry professional liability insurance covering its installation and its operation. The condition report drawn up on the day of commissioning serves as a shared reference if damage occurs.
The machine remains our property for the whole duration of the collaboration. You buy nothing, you depreciate nothing, and it does not appear on your inventory.
Practical Info
Installation is planned with the establishment. It includes delivery, setup, configuration and commissioning. A 48-hour stabilization period is required before use. KM Vending then handles all follow-up.
A standard electrical outlet (230 V), a flat and stable surface (about 1 m²), and an access allowing delivery.
The standard finish is plain and neutral, made to fit in anywhere. Discreet branding in your colours can be considered when we install.
Maintenance & Support
The machines automatically detect blocked products: if something goes wrong, no one is charged. We react within 48 working hours.
Restocking frequencies are adapted to actual consumption Stock levels are monitored remotely: restocking is anticipated, shortages avoided and waste kept low.
Cost
Not for eligible sites, after a study of footfall: installation and management are handled by KM Vending. Only electricity remains your cost, 250 to 350 W depending on the model, comparable to a large fridge.
Yes. Electronic payments go through a certified bank terminal (card, smartphone). No payment data passes through your organisation or through KM Vending.

Products
You, with us. The selection is defined together when the machine goes in, then it evolves according to what people actually consume: what doesn’t find its audience makes way after two or three months. We impose no standard catalogue, a machine people avoid helps no one.
When we install, we draw up a condition report of the machine together, with photographs, approved by both parties. Wear from normal use is on us. Damage falls to the establishment, and we help you document it. That is also why the location is chosen together, away from the most exposed thoroughfares.
Contactless on all our machines: card, phone, watch. Cash payment is possible on request, at installation, which matters in places where people do not always carry a card.

That would be defined during the site study: upkeep, maintenance and restocking are agreed with you, before any installation.
